Ok, this are not your average tacos, I wanted to make somethin tasty and extremely fresh , so I check in my fridge and put together this: Grilled Chicken Tacos with Bacon, Mexican Crumble Cheese, Spring Mix and Avocado Cream .... and they were so close to perfection, I felt like I was in a Cancùn restaurant or something, it tasted so fresh !The salad in top, is something I made up and I loved : watermelon tossed with cucumber, lime juice, chiffonade basil and salt ... it makes for a really fresh salad !
