Boil about 3 chicken breast -2 lbs or a lil' more-, once done and cool down, cut it in square little pieces about half of an inch, add one half a cup of mayo , one green apple in squares pieces, a two tbsp of finely chopped onion, one cup of celery, 3 tbsp of lime juice, 2 tbs of dry basil and salt and pepper as desired ... served with multigrain bread and chopped romaine !
Its delicious, simple, healthy and totally fresh !
