New dessert


Pina Colada Cake with pineapple-rum cream and edible flowers


So originally this cake supose to be a guava-coconut cake , I added guava paste to the cake mix and all , but once half the mix was already baked , I can barely notice the flavor , so I added pineapple and that was it , it blended perfectly on a second cake . The pineapple-rum sauce was so simple I feel ashamed to describe it ... lol , pineapple juice , heavy cream, rum , powdered sugar and lemon zest , the edible flowers were intended to give it color and texture , they taste like spring mix , nothing else .
