Ok, so basically granita is a dessert made with ice crystals, originally with coffe and served with whipped cream, I made my own version with watermelon, honey and tequila , no sugar, no water, no colorant, then I added the grilled strawberries that were previoulsy brushed with olive oil, to give it a nice twist, I added few drops of raspberry balsamic vinegar and the result is a surprisingly good, decadent and sexy dessert, between the sweet, sour and fruity notes, lays a slightly fatty layer because of the olive oil ... I just loved this dessert, and is so simple !!!
