Pork Belly With Sautee Zuccini , Squash & Almonds, Topped With Fresh Herbs Cream and Served With Cilantro Oil












So I plated this dish as a main entree (the two bottom pics) and as a small plate dish too
I baked the pork belly, that I had previously tossed with olive oil, blk pepper and onion salt
The zuccini and the squash were tossed too in olive oil, blk pepper and garlic salt
The fresh herbs cream is made with olive oil, parsley, cilantro, rosemary, thyme, garlic, vinegar, sugar, homemade jalapeno puree, scallions and tomatillo
The almonds are added at the end , for a crispy touch ...
