Mango CheeseCake With Pecan/Almond Crust, Served With Edible Flowers





So I make the crust with butter, ritz craker cookies, pecans, almonds and couple of tbs of brown sugar, crushed everything together but the butter, till I get some fine crumbs, then added the melted butter, bake it at 350* for about 10 minutes and then added the mango mix : homemade mango puree, cream cheese, milk and sugar ... baked again for about 45 minutes ... let it rest for about 2 hours before serving it
