
Well , I boiled the pork ribs , untill they were cooked , then fried them sligthly and added the sauce , the dark mole sauce was made pretty much with all the left overs I had in the fridge plus fresh ingredients: soy sauce , honey , salt , vinegar , chocolate , chopped tomatoes , onion , tomatillo , chili paste , chipotle , ancho peppers , guajillo peppers , pasilla dried peppers , cinammon , cilantro and sesame seeds .
