DESSERT : Strawberry flan with mexican chocolate sauce and macadamia balls

I have been working very hard on flan , sometimes it does work , sometimes it doesnt , but in this case it did ... eggs , strawberry , milk , condensed milk and a hint of salt is the basic recipe for the flan , the mexican chocolate sauce is made with sour chocolate , corn syrup , honey , cinammon , hint of ancho pepper dust and caramelized brown sugar for texture .

The macadamia balls are made with real macadamia and melted brown sugar .
