Refreshner : Homemade Watermelon Ice Cream topped with Tapioca Pearls

This is a more colorful presentation , I added the tapioca pearls to give it color and texture , same reason I added the cilantro and the little "watermelon castles" . While the previous presentation was minimalistic , this is more playful and quirky.
