CHICKEN SALAD MINI CAKES , WITH LEMON-GARLIC AOILI AND CRISPY ASPARAGUS

I roasted some mini kaiser rolls , spread some lemon garlic aoili , topped with this chicken salad roll and added some crispy asparagus , it was very good , a small bite had a lot of flavor !

I made the aoili with lemon juice , egg yolks , a whole lot of garlic , salt , pepper and milk-soaked bread , I added dry basil for best flavor .

The salad is your basic chicken-mayo salad , I added some corn and jalapeno , made a roll, stuff it with mozarella cheese and then breaded it ... and fried .. I know , its not the most healthy thing , but it was delicious !
