WALL-E: love in the times of desolation
I had the chance to see this film this last weekend ... and I was so moved and touched by the story of a robot falling in love , that I have to admit , I cried several times ... the way the film is constructed and told , is just the right balance of human imagination and computarized wisdom, in more ways than others , the film capture the magic and symbiosis of the fascination of humans for machines and the way we want to make them so much like us . The story is simple , a lonely robot left back in earth in 2700ish has had develop more feelings than the way he was intended to , his job pretty much is just compacting the garbage left behind , while humans had to live outer space in a gynormous spaceship that serves as a home in exile , everything changes with the arrival of a cute robot who arrives to earth looking for life , is love at first sight for Wall*E , not too much for her ...You have to check the amazing animation job , the quirky language of both Wall*E and EVE, the cute robot , the fascinating art direction , the beautiful score ... everything in this film is superb ... I think we have our first best film of the year so far , I bet this film will be competing in the major categories during the Oscars , count this film in for :
