

This are duck enchiladas with a cilantro-tomatillo sauce , melted cheese , queso fresco and sided with greek cold pasta salad .
I cooked the duck with onion , hint of sugar , salt , olive oil and dry tarragon .
The cilantro-tomatillo sauce , well , I made it with the duck broth , the two ingredients , salt , garlic , onion , tomato base , dry basil and hint of soy sauce .
