Avocado cream ravioli with brown butter sauce , fresh avocado and cilantro.

So I made the pasta from scratch : flour , eggs , salt and olive oil .

Avocado cream was made with avocado , sour cream , tomatillo , cilantro , garlic , salt and blk pepper

Brown butter sauce made with butter , soy sauce , sugar , salt , steak sauce , oil , onion powder and red wine reduction.
